Employee Advisory Group
What is the Employee Advisory Group (EAG)?
The EAG is composed of employees from various positions and departments of the facility. Human Resources is the committee advisor.
Why do we have an EAG?
The overall goal of our EAG is to gain a better understanding from a broad cross-section of employees regarding the work environment at Garden Park and how we can make it even better. This initiative is designed to provide our employees with another avenue to voice their opinions and have an impact.
How will the EAG members represent me?
If you have ideas about how to make Garden Park a better place to work, contact any of your EAG members and they will bring your ideas to the meetings for discussion. If the group decides to champion your ideas, they will take the lead by presenting proposals to management, forming committees on the topic, conducting research, etc.
How can I join the EAG?
Contact Human Resources for an application. Once approved, you will either be granted a position, if one is available, or placed on the list of alternates until a position becomes available.
Check the boards regularly for news & information regarding our activities.
