We all share the common goal of providing the best quality care and service to our patients. In order to deliver the best possible care to patients, we also need to take care of ourselves. This requires a workplace where each employee is valued, respected and recognized … a Healthy Work Environment where you have input and a degree of influence in matters that affect you, your coworkers and the patients we serve.  

Effective August 1, 2006, we implemented some important steps. We’re focusing on these areas now because we know hospitals that follow these practices have more satisfied, engaged employees ¾  and the highest patient satisfaction. Following is an overview of the improvements.
